Yes. We prepare all approval drawings required for Ranchi Municipal Corporation and Jharkhand state authority submissions, and coordinate the approval process on your behalf.
Not necessarily. We work with clients across Jharkhand and India remotely. Site visits are arranged when needed, but most of the design process can be handled digitally.
Absolutely. We handle renovation and remodelling projects — from partial redesigns to complete structural overhauls. We assess the existing structure before recommending changes.
Vastu integration is our default approach, but it is not mandatory. We design to your preferences — if you want a fully Vastu-compliant design or prefer to skip it, we accommodate both.
