Yes. We regularly work from rough hand-drawn sketches, WhatsApp photos, or verbal descriptions. You don't need to provide a professional drawing — just your requirements and plot dimensions.
For new construction, a site visit is recommended but not always required. We can work from plot dimensions and orientation details provided by you. For renovation projects, a site visit is usually necessary.
We include up to 3 revision rounds in our standard package. Additional revisions are available at a nominal charge. Most clients finalize their plan within 2 rounds.
We deliver AutoCAD DWG files, PDF drawings, and A1 print-ready files. Coloured renderings are delivered as high-resolution JPG/PNG files.
Yes. We design single-storey, double-storey, and multi-storey buildings. Each floor is planned separately and coordinated for structural consistency.
